While hopefully solid, I'm very sceptical the next results will blow the previous 4c out of the water. We had numerous positive events all overlapping last quarter and the company isn't quite at a point of being able to ramp up significantly. This isn't a fast moving industry so I think your focus should be less on quarterlies and more on mid-long term events, such as NMPA approvals, opportunistic acquisitions etc moving the share price.
Additionally, Meng's on-market purchases haven't previously correlated with upside surprises as he's clearly looking over a very long time horizon (Hopefully aligning with shareholder value).
Personally i'm not in a particular rush to hit my target holdings as I think there are still many people with unreasonably high short term expectations. Happy to be wrong though.
