Glad you're not asking me again, as I've already admitted to being completely mystified by this fiscal saga. Remember NTG's dividends, buy-backs and acquisitions didn't look like they were in dire straits.
Their business model had the very desirable feature of recurring revenue through airtime sales.
Not too many people appeared to pay attention when I mentioned them near their bottom, so not that many shares have traded since then. Which increases the hope their price will eventually perservere beyond today's high.
