A fair point Starkode but if HXG comes up with the US$2m before the October deadline then surely they have the legal high ground in respect to the deal remaining in place? And let's not forget Ucore did announce that the HXG structure would remain in place at the time the takeover was announced. Hard for them to back out of that. So in essence just one announcement away from it being game on!
Would be nice though to get an update from HXG but history shows management typically prefers to only make announcements in retrospect rather than provide "updates".
