The piece I can't get my head around is if Ucore ends up owning 100% of RapidSX how does HXG get a piece of the pie? IMC owns RapidSX so they get the proceeds (shares) from Ucore. And Ucore is raising US$2m just as HXG was going to do. HXG needs to get an announcement out asap as this announcement is fairly binary for HXG, ie price sensitive information.
