It's very difficult to say on this one. The agreement between HXG and IMC clearly remains in full as that's stated in the announcement. Interestingly Ucore is raising CAD$2.8m which is US$2m, exactly what HXG was going to front up with. The deal with IMC is only an option so HXG can walk away and perhaps this deal has been structured in such a way they have no choice but to walk away empty-handed.
The German blog seems to think this is a winner for HXG so very confusing.
