Long time ago I have suspected that Tatura found an escape hole in the agreement with BAL which allows gradual reduction in the BAL product supply. Then maybe sold spare capacity to Blackmore for higher profit. BAL maybe filled the future hole using Fontera milk, but Fontera reputation may be irreversibly tarnished in China and this supply source is unlikely to be certified. So BAL may be stuffed.
