Stomper, I totally agree re disclosure. They separately announced the supply agreements in ASX releases (Jul 2015 & Nov 2015), but provide no disclosure in the Annual Report re the financial burden. How does the Auditor sign-off on that? How onerous are these take or pay contracts is a major reason for the suspension.
