Be vote for Board first then Chair or can this be done at the same time for GW and can you vote for yourself. These changes do they have to be ratified by shareholders at EGM say? If so this EGM could have a number of key resolutions Company Name Change, 10% Placement etc etc. This would light a fire under SP but I think ratification of Board and chair would have to be done first. So maybe 2 EGM's required but I am sure GW will flesh that out as we go.
Be great to get a big finish for Xmas to start 2023 on the Front Foot...
