I expect Poh's share to be considerable, and worthy of an announcement outlining details of the deal.
...and I expect the announcement will be soon, and hopefully clarifies the global distribution situation, which has become somewhat confusing...to this punter, at least!
..so come on POH, a little Christmas cheer would be most welcome
