1 graphite) had already progressed far enough for the Federal ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy to confirm the in-principle-eligibility for cover in the light of raw material policy considerations"
My question that I want answered - Is KNL one of the two applications? Or is still sitting there with in-principle cover only...
I have tried reading through prior financing announcements but cannot confirm that. Any help would be appreciated.

It is difficult to understand the exact timeline from in-principle cover through to completion... Although I think it is Sep 14 - June 15..
