They don't say anything other than "we don't know what they are". You can download the Pentagon's report from Jun 2021. For 70 yrs+ there's been a cover up and misinformation campaign. The Pentagon's own documents prove this. The govt is sitting on a huge pile of vidoes, pics, reports. Unless there's a good reason for classifying this info (like national security), it's illegal to do so. Moves are afoot to get everything de-classified and they have some high profile lawyers on the case. When these things come out, the world is going to change. Intelligent alien technology is observing and monitoring human activity - that's a fact now. Everything else is conjecture: are they an advanced AI, humanoid or something else? Where or when are they from? What is their intent? How do they fly at such speeds without melting or exploding? What is the propulsion mechanism? etc.
