Why would you assume I haven't practiced meditation? Or that I am not aware of the fantastic things the mind is able to generate? The brain is capable of generating an internal experience of the world and self in conscious form, so dreams, visions, out of body experiences , etc, are no more difficult. The point is careful inquiry and healthy scepticism and not jumping to conclusions because it feels meaningful. But if someone is satisfied with faith and belief based on subjective experience, that's their own business

So what did you find? COME ON! What did you find from your meditation?? That's all anyone is interested in, not theory FFS. Any fool can theorize. It's of no interest....unless their personal experiences match with those of the greats. Then and only then does it get interesting. Everything else is fluff.
