Paul explains who and where they were i.e Europeans, Greeks, Romans, Germans, Swed's, Brits..etc ~ Source, the Bible, Homer, Strabo, Josephus.
Correct, it was a localised flood, I have gone through this a few times on this forum, nowhere in the OT does it say Adam was the first man.
The Bible also speaks of other people before the creation of Adam man.
