Time is a mental process that we use to solidify the ego and give meaning to space. Time is created by thought. There's nothing fundamental about time or space.
When people take psychedelics or meditate they reduce the activity of the mind significantly. The mind can't 'boot up' time because time is a mental output. So people may gain access to other stuff that is happening here & now. Other beings, other timelines, other universes.
The more clever UFOlogists are saying 'future humans' is the most likely explanation for UFOs. It's been mentioned many times already that galaxies cannot be traversed by nuts & bolts space ships.
