The fourth dimension is about a different conscious reality where a persons reality is more about seeing through the controlled reality of the 3rd dimension where everyone is like a sheep following the mainstream media and every word of the government and medical institutions and religions.
Time also can slow down stop or speed up for a person resonating in the 4th dimension conscious reality.
No one can control fool or trick a person that resides in the 4th dimension, and such people do not socialize or have any interest in those opinions and belief systems of those in the 3rd dimension, that is currently about 95% of the population, only about 1% can hold a 4th dimension reality all the time.
The 4th dimension is a differing thought process to most other people, it is the stepping stone to the 5th dimension that is achieved when a person can hold the 4th dimension reality constantly for a long period of time.
