1 Corinthians 15 / 42:44 - 42 So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; 43 it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.

We started off with 1 Corinthian in which Paul clearly and succinctly explains the meaning of resurrection. There is no need for further explanation. I believe what Paul is telling me.

As for Jesus, He was no ordinary man, He was a Manifestation of God. That is He appeared with the power of spirit to represent God in the physical realm, he alone in His age had the authority of God and so powerful was His spirit that He very well may have appeared to the disciples and others after His death. But that said the true resurrection of Jesus was as Paul has explained, Jesus was sown a natural body and was raised up a spiritual body who supported His followers to spread His Teachings into every corner of this planet.

Nothing of the power and majesty of Christ is lost if He casts off His body to arise more empowered in the spirit. He arose from death, we know this, not physically, but in a way that was more real than physical. That's why so many could not recognise Jesus, because it was a spiritual resurrection and now Jesus was even more powerful. The truth, the reality of Christ was His spiritual power that had alighted upon Him symbolically as a white dove and when His body died after three days of feeling absolutely lost and helpless without their leader, the followers of Christ gathered themselves up and in FAITH began to teach as He had instructed them and this small, seemingly powerless group conquered the world.

Is that not the truth of the resurrection as clearly stated by Paul?
