Oh, boy. Not that again. The rationale doesn't work for any number of reasons. No such event happened within the given time period of Noahs flood, or at any time in prehistory, which doesn't count anyway.
The Ark is impossible as a wooden vessel, all of the animals could not be maintained, kept fed, waste managed, etc, for a year afloat.
The biblical flood is a fable based on earlier flood stories that probability go back to the end of the ice age, rising sea levels and melting glaciers.
Sorry if that doesn't suit the faith based narrative.
