To have a Flood as described in Genesis we would need 250% more water again than what exists.
This means that 3,400,000,000 cubic kilometres of rain had to fall on the planet over 40 days. This means that 8,500,000,000 cubic kilometres of rain fell every day for 40 days. That's 354,000,000 cubic kilometres of rain per hour or 5,900,000 cubic kilometres of rain per minute.
The amount of water needed for the Flood of Noah would require many millions of Niagara Falls each running at 3,160 tons of water per second to be pouring continuously onto the earth every day for 40 days. It would crush the earth and life would be reduced to the most fundamental forms for millions of years. So if you could explain to me again about my story telling I would be obliged.
