I don't know how our space craft manoeuver around, but I thought it was with directed puffs of compressed air. I assume an adversary's space drone would have to be released from a satellite or rocket already in orbit.
UFOs don't necessarily have to be extraterrestrial though. There's the ultra-terrestrial theory, and interdimensional theories also. Some are saying non-ET theories make more sense because there's no way to imagine a tin saucer traveling those distances across galaxies.
Then of course, you have to allow for inadvertent camera and lighting effects.
