As expected, Tullow has agreed to fork out another $400 million for the CGT payment to the Ugandan government. They still have a hold of this amount in London that HOIL will find hard to get, we hope.
They expect to get kingfisher back as well - probably have to fork out more cash. Sp should start on the up and up from now on.
