0000 GMT (Dow Jones) Investors are raising a skeptical eye to comments this week by a Uganda official that Tullow Oil has agreed to pay all of the capital gains taxes in a long-running dispute between Uganda and Heritage Oil. Uganda Junior Minister for Energy Simon D'Uganga said Wednesday in India that the dispute was resolved and that "Tullow is the one which is going to pay the taxes." But Heritage shares are up a scant 2 pence since the news broke to 348 pence. Tullow is also up 2 pence to 1212 pence.([email protected])
