The strongest nudge nudge wink wink to date has been Potter cashing in his " Phantom Shares " at $2.10 for a measly $125k.
Do you think he would have chose that day to convert if he thought a higher offer was coming ? I think not.
Now HDR long termers know how the MIM holders felt when Xstrata pinched that from another weak bunch of limp wristed board members.
