Gekkowolf,you have to remember I think SG underestimated how hard it is to change the culture when they acquired SGS...so out with the old in with there own hand picked staff who know what their doing.you know what it's like you've worked somewhere for years in comes a new boss does things differently and no one likes it because you've had it to easy for to long.so you will find with Fowlie over there now putting a strong team together and people respecting him the business will run like clockwork.i always thought that purchase of SGS would take a year or two to get systems in place and the first half earnings will show that.
