Why is this good news for Lynas? For starters, United Group Resources was hired by Lynas to do engineering procurement and construction management of the LAMP. They specialize in applying their extensive knowledge of caustic-hazardous environments to all phases of their work. They use 3D modeling to identify potential clashes to minimize construction issues and site re-work. As Zircon has pointed out on the USA lyscf message board, UGL integrates their customers' technology into overall project delivery. They make general improvements to plant efficiencies and existing installations for pre-commissioning. If their work is done, that would potentially mean that reengineering is done!! This would be very good news indeed. If corroborated, then I would expect April, May, and June to generate for us significant share price appreciation!!!
