very dissappointing day. DOW up 5.8% and UGL barely up 0.5% with 3hrs left. Mkt must think DOW have the QLD train deal sown-up. I thoought of buying DOW as a hedge but is now overpriced IMO. DOW will rise higher if it wins QLD rail job.... but very vulnerable IMO if it loses out. Should UGL surprise mkt and win QLD rail tender... watchout. will rise 1.50 in 2 days is my guesstimate.
