    Rule of thumb - as told to me by peers when I first started out in the mid-80's - to buy land with mining rights is 1.5 times market value.

    Ive been following Altech for a few, and over time have watched and reviewed ongoing information to whereby I believe that the rights to mining and exporting the kaolin is one of their strengths.
