well there have been too many optimists re this stock on this site for too long now there have been claims for mths that this was cheap and quotes that it could not get cheaper, yet it keeps on falling what will happen here is the takeover will occur, the debt will have to be reduced as the gearing for all the rubicon companies are too high compared to their listed equivalents. To do this the dividens will have to suffer, I dont think this has anything to do with subprime however. it is indeed remarkablee that at this gloomy time for us shareholders, gordon and his mates are about to make it big time when they sell their company rubicon.
