So by their previously announced timeframes production should now be 2015-2016?

I dont understand how a massive team of experts on the financial and chemical side can get the budget so wrong ?
When they had close to $90m and the share price was in the $1+ range wouldnt they have known exactly what their outlay would be for the next 12 to 24 months?
If there was a large funding gap wouldnt you try and raise funds as high as possible and not wait until the last minute.
I bet my left nut that the processing wasnt up to scratch, what else could caused such a budget & now a timeframe blowout...
