    From the latest announcement it seems like the rights issue has been a flop - surprise, surprise. However it also seems that as the note holder have agreed to wait until 31/7 that someone may be in the wings ready to take over the mess albeit on their own terms. One upside to this may be that we rid ourselves of Russeth.
