I can't see the connection between a small Queensland fruit and juice company (that is having debt problems) and a large national property company with more than enough income to service it debts and pay good dividends year after year.

TheWord reminds of the Queensland pineapple grower who was overfond of home-made Pina Coladas.

He woke up one morning with a terrible hangover so his wife very gently asked him: "How would you like your eggs this morning?"

To which he replied: "I want one egg boiled and the other egg fried."

She did as he wished and (very gently) placed one boiled egg and one fried egg before him.

Instantly he hit the roof cursing and swearing at her like a man possesed: "You boiled the wrong egg!"
