There is no vaccine that is 100% safe. In hindsight, affected women wish they had never had a vacinne, breast implants, birth control, illicit drugs, drink driving, international travel. The canary in the coalmine here is taxation. Fertility rates are low because first world countries are high taxation countries, but higher standard of living and longer living (for some). There are also women who choose, for non-financial reasons, to avoid children.

In order to boost fertility rates, within our current social order, we need to pay women to have babies. The baby bonus was a short lived (good) idea. Paid maternity leave is good (provided women have a job).

Ongoing welfare for life should be replaced with something like paid young family benefit. Funds are based on the age of children. Funds are tapered to help when children are young, then less once all children in secondary school.

The real issue here is high taxation on families and income competition. Why is it the poorer nations can have higher fertility rates.....lower taxation. Land and houses in poorer countries are lower taxed and lower red tape...lower cost.

So, please, in context, don't blame vaccines for the reason the chart looks bad.
