After reading the annual report it looks like we could be in for a spin off company to monetize the uis project. they just completed a report that is under review by company geologists. IMO This is a very high probability if we dont see a twenty offer right quick. EXT is truly busting its butt for shareholders. There really is no end to the good news!
I put my research skills to work to uncover the history of uis and there is truly scant information to be found. however, it is highly prospective. I could see them dumping 3 million into a new company and issue one half share of the company to each ext holder for .50 cents a piece. Basically a 25 cent dividend. This is pure speculation but highly likely as why would they even bother working on those properties way up north in Namibia if they werent going to act on it?
lets hope the market recognizes that the company has set out an official 600 million lbs target in the next few days so we can break through the old highs in the 11's. A nice move like that would light a fire under competing takeover offers.
