I can see the benefits of selling off the schools business to further fund and focus on the wearables business. I'm not sure how much that division would be worth at this point in time, maybe $10.0m...
If there were any kind of takeover talk being brought to market for the entire business, I would not consider parting with my holdings for anything less than $5.00 per share...
