for anyone who is interested in how Jinan do business there was a shanghai stock exchange release in the last 24 hours summarising a range of legal disputes and actions by jinan. nothing to do with Triton but there are a few and gives insight into business model.

I guess my concern is the possibility of majority of Jinan director agreeing to a deal on behalf of Triton which then leads to punitive legal action by Jinan.... the debt trap tactic has been used before for belt and road initiatives. it is important that Triton has at least 50% non Jinan investors.

saying that I am not discounting Jinan coming through for shareholders, but they will only do that if there are non Jinan directors fighting for a fair deal.
