uk bank index up 24 percent

Financial shorts are being taken off the table and everone is celebrating. BUT when they're done the risk becomes a waterfall in a no bid environment. I'm not trading it because my gut says the US will try to keep the whole thing up until the election and blow it all in a single session on something staged and geopolitical so they can put it in Bush's grave with him and start afresh.
