Australia's top childcare operator, is considering selling its entire British business and has already received some highly conditional proposals.

"The current sale process envisages that the transaction will complete in the first-half of the 2009 fiscal year and the profit recognised as a one-off item," the company said.

This sale should be made shortly which will further enhance the ABC business structure and debt.
