i also read uk chat , muckshifter is indeed in the construction game .roads / dams etc his comments as to i-99 have been most iluminating in the past .
he has tendered for many projects and brings some very valid arguements forth .
for him to place a value of $2mill for the initial 100,000 yards is most encouraging , as he is very conservative in his comments re $$ ..
$18 mill if vti got the entire job would move the share price somewhat imo
