I'm still watching this German program. I'm finding it very interesting and, as far as I know, faithful to the history of the Weimar period.
It's not something I've seen dealt with on film before - the struggle for power between contending factions- the old military, the communists and the democratic parties. And of course in the background, the menace of Leninist and then Stalinist Russia, looking to spread the revolution.
