I've been rewatching some of the movies or series made from classic Australian novels. The latest is the Nine Network production of Albert Facey's autobiography "A Fortunate Life", which covers the period from the 1890s through to the end of WW1, during which he worked from about 8 years old in the WA bush, through to Gallipoli. An excellent series made about 40 years ago, with some old faces and narrated by Bill Kerr.
Also rewatching Wolf Hall to get ready for series 2 which is in production I think.
