Le Brio
Don't miss this one.
Daniel Auteuil stars as a politically-incorrect law academic whose lectures often descend into chaos followed by written complaints from his students. But it's very funny at the same time.
It begins with him tearing into a middle eastern student who had the audacity to turn up 5 minutes late, dressed as he put it in "rags".
But it follows with him agreeing to tutor the same girl for a high profile inter-university debating contest as a way of redeeming himself.
There follows scene after scene of him teaching her a whole lot of debating skills and strategies out of the classics. I won't describe anymore, but it's great viewing. And of course Daniel Auteuil is brilliant as always.
