    Farewell ( 2009)

Based on a true story of a high ranking KGB officer who delivered just about every top Russian secret to the French in the early to mid 1980s. I always enjoy these espionage stories.
The KGB officer, named Grigoriev in the film, not his real name, reminded me of the Soviet embassy official of the same name in Smiley's People. Both had the same comical character.

    Sanditon
I just started watching this series based on Jane Austen's last book, which was maybe 1/4 or 1/3 finished when she died.
I noticed it had the same screenwriter, Andrew Davies, as Pride & Prejudice (the Colin Firth one) which must be 25 years old surely. He must be getting on but if anybody could flesh out a plausible finished book from what there is to go on it would be him.
Sanditon, so the experts say, would have taken Jane Austen into a new subject area away from the Georgian mansions and how to catch a husband.
