A Bridge Too Far was excellent.
Just reading a bit about Hardy Krugerh's life and it's an interesting coincidence that both he and Klaus Kinski both served with the German army, both refused to fight or deserted and both were sentenced to death but escaped and became actors. Maybe that was the typical career path for a German actor?
Reminds me of the film "Paths Of Glory" with Kirk Douglas, (A very good movie IMO).
Fitzcarraldo is a good film starring Klaus Kinski.
