"Global food and beverage company, Retail Food Group (ASX: RFG), has signed a Master Franchise Agreement which will see 13 outlets from its Gloria Jean’s brand open in the United Kingdom in the next 12 months, and 190 outlets within 10 years.

On the face of it Green Valley Foods Ltd (a 100 pound capital company) does not appear to be that successful.
So, how does the forecast for the 13 stores to open within the next 12 months look?

Thanks for your research on the UK Master Franchisee

I would expect that RFG will have a store roll out schedule as one of the conditions of the Master Franchise Agreement. If the condition is not met the agreement would be terminated with costs payable by Nasir.

This is standard practice for international master franchise agreements.
