One more thing to be aware of.
The TCF OGIP by the British Geological Survey is only considering gas, not liquids.
DTE's acreage, especially in the erbistock, is thought to contain significant wet gas/oil potential.
Once DTE drills in this basin and confirms the presence of wet gas, it will add significant value as liquids markedly improve the economics of a shale gas well.
