    The Tory Government just gives out more new licences in North Sea but it doesn't mean they will support or allow the reserves to be extracted in the future if exploration found new oil or gas. Just look at what happened to shale gas licences, they just throw investors under the bus at a snap of the finger after lifting the moratorium for 2 weeks.
