Europe and the UK had a mild winter this year- maybe controlled climate (HAARP) activity, but summer is now over and it is getting cooler. The hoarded reserves built up quietly rush importing from Russia before the deadline are likely a fair bit lower. Let's see how the British electorate move when they cant afford heating and social venues shut down because of costs.
