    It appears to be exclusively for areas ( Measuring just 18m x 12m x 2m ) approx 10 m deep.

    CETO can work over a much greater depth as it is not dependent on the surface water. Also it presents a lesser navigation hazard as the Oyster appears to work as a moveable barrage. Oyster would be harder to maintain also I suspect.

    I think CETO is a better bet.
