Their flap system doesnt appear to take the natural motion of energy release into account (energy of waves is released in a more circular motion I believe).

Also they are possibly 2-3 years behind CWE. I think you will find the there may be no the "one". However there are a number of reasons that we believe that the CETO design is better than the current competition. (I for one certainly do)
