They said XM integration is complete. The balls in XM's court to get prepared before cutover. There is generally alot to do changing policies, training, documentation, advising customers updating websites etc takes time
They wont give two stuffs if isx are waiting in the wings, xm will go when they are ready. Nothing to do with ISX until then.
