'Ionic Industries make the graphene supercapacitors mentioned htTp://www.ionicindustries.com.au/ Seems to have relationships with Monash University and CSIRO which I guess are Australian equivalents of Manchester and Innovate UK ? htTp://www.ionicindustries.com.au/about-us/ionics-relationships/ What's interesting is the speed they seem to be developing things with talk of commercial ready product soon. Graphene supercaps would be a huge advance, it's pretty much the holy grail judging from my knowledge of the current leading supercap player CPX'

'Superg1 what do you make of Ionic? The management there must be big believers to be putting so much cash in personally. Could somebody who has the time start a thread on Ionic? It's not listed at the moment but Australian listed entity Strategic Energy Resources (SER) holds about 20%'
